Great TV for the size and money.April 9, 2010 M. Wagner(WC, IA) This TV was everything I expected and more. I am very pleased with it, the picture quality is excellent, sound is good quality for a 26" TV. One of the reason I purchased this TV was the viewing angle, and it is excellent. After reading several reviews on this particular TV and other similar models, I am very glad I purchased the Panasonic Viera. I also appreciated the sale price.
VIERA X1 PERFECT-10April 9, 2010 JAH7440 :) I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL PANASONIC PRODUCTS OVER THE PAST 35+ YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD ONE OF THEM FAIL.I HAVE A 19" VHS COMBO,JUST TO MENTION ONE, THAT IS AS GOOD AS IT WAS THE DAY I PURCHASED IT.ALL THAT SAID LET ME TELL YOU WHAT LEAD TO THIS PURCHASE.I BOUGHT ANOTHER 19" DVD COMBO TO REPLACE AND UPDATE THE FORE MENTIONED VHS COMBO.I BOUGHT ANOTHER MAJOR BRAND AT A BIG BOX STORE FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE JUST JUNK.I RETURNED IT AND WAS GIVEN ANOTHER TO REPLACE IT.THAT ONE ALSO HAD MAJOR PROBLEMS AND HAD TO BE RETURNED.I RETURNED IT AND GOT MY MONEY BACK.I LOOKED AT THE VIERA X1 AT THE BIG BOX STORE BUT IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ME AT THAT TIME.I FOUND IT AT AMAZON AND THE PRICE WAS ALMOST 1/2 THAT OF THE BIG BOX STORE,WITH FREE SHIPPING AND NO SALES TAX.I PAID ABOUT THE SAME AS THE COMBO MODEL I RETURNED.RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX THE VIERA X1 26" SHOWED THE QUALITY I HAD COME TO EXPECT IN PANASONIC PRODUCTS.THE LOOKS,FEATURES,PICTURE AND THE EASE OF SET UP WAS OUTSTANDING.LOOKING AT THE PICTURE AT AN ANGLE IS EXCELLENT.I COUPLED IT WITH A PANASONIC DVD I HAVE OWNED SINCE THEY FIRST CAME OUT AND HAVE A GREAT SET UP FOR THE BED ROOM WITH A VERY LOW INVESTMENT.I FEEL CONFIDENT IN SAYING THAT THE VIERA X1 IS ONE OF THE VERY BEST HDTV OFFERED IN THIS SIZE RANGE TODAY AND WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU! AGAIN ,IN MY OPINION ,YOU ALWAYS GET QUALITY WITH PANASONIC PRODUCTS.THE VIERA X1 IS A PERFECT-10! :)

Perfect tv for my kitchenApril 7, 2010 Savich(Motor City) I had a 27" opening and this 26" hdtv fit like a glove. It almost looks custom. TV looks great with its piano black bezel and base. The biggest surprise was the ipod dock, didn't know it was included until I opened the box. With 3 teens at home with ipods this was great. For watching everyday tv it's top notch. Sports... it gets a little pixelated. Other reason for my selection is name brand - panasonic. I read a previous review stating one off brand was un-viewable closer than 8ft.
Wife wasn't thrilled I replaced the standard tv because "it still worked", but she loves this tv the most.
This is one great TVApril 6, 2010 D. Castillo(Spfld,Ohio) If your looking for a space saver TV then this sets for you. The picture quality out of the box is unbelievable. It's hard buying a TV that you can't see in operation. But this one is one great TV.
